As we head out of lockdown we may have become little more unfit than you'd have thought. That's why the team here at Journey to Health have put together a basic 7 Day Exercise Plan for you to follow to ease yourself back into it.
We chose exercises that require no equipment so there's no excuse! However don't be disheartened if you feel yourself struggling - be proud that you're doing something and remember that it'll get easier.
