The 6-week pilot group was held between November and December 2008.  After only one week on the programme, I was delighted to get the following email from one of the participants:

"Very excited, I have just weighed and scales say 5lb loss.  Feel good, food delicious, and I've found what my oven can do!"

All the participants lost weight, and experienced a 50% improvement in their overall energy levels.
