I come from a farming family, so I've always appreciated good, fresh food. With a background like mine, the natural step forward was to study nutrition.
I trained at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London (ION). ION was founded by health expert Patrick Holford and is widely considered to be the UK’s leading centre for nutritional studies. After a three-year course I gained a diploma in Nutritional Therapy in 2002.
Learning to take care of our inner environment so that we can avoid disease and encourage health led me to study Colonic Hydrotherapy. I trained in 2005 with Dr Milo Siewert, the founder of colonic hydrotherapy in the UK, at the Natural College of Holistic Medicine followed by further studies at the EuropeanSchool of Colon Hydrotherapy.
Now I combine my knowledge of nutrition and colonic hydrotherapy to help my clients enjoy better health.
I belong to the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy and the Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists.
